I like this park because it's fairly large, and has an enclosed park area for younger kids. They love the little crawl through space with small slides (perfect for babies!) and the little digger tool in the sand is fun and teaches them some hand eye coordination. There's even a picnic bench inside this little one area. The larger area has several slides, two swings and a tire swing. Most kids love climbing on their large snake that has a slide at the end.

Another favorite part about it is the duck pond across the grassy area. We love to bring bread to feed them during the summer (watch out during the winter as the sea gulls take over the feeding!) This also has easy access to the bike path which goes along the river and to the downtown area.
